I spoke and maintained email contact with Benjamin at Printed Better over a two, maybe three week period and he really helped me decide which route to go. If I didn’t understand something, Benjamin explained it clearly and he was very patient with me.
I ended up getting my business name, (Secret Saks), and logo embossed on luggage tags that will hang from my totes, and can also be used on luggage when traveling. I will definitely use Printed Better again in the near future. Thank you Benjamin!

Ben was very organized thorough and worked through all my changes I made throughout the process. He double checked each and every design we went through to ensure I was getting exactly what I desired. I’m very happy with how my tees, hoodies, and hats came out. Also he’s got a guy in Pittsburgh that does 3D embroidery on hats. They look really good and super pro. These guys are very professional and pay close attention to detail.
